ディスク1と2は、エミルーのソロキャリアの回顧展として機能している。これにはエミルーの以前のスタジオとライブアルバムのそれぞれからの少なくとも1曲(およびグラム・パーソンズとの彼女の時代からの2カット)が含まれている。ディスク3と4は、他のパフォーマーとのコラボレーション、トリビュートアルバムトラック、未発表の素材で構成されている。全体の78トラックのうち13トラックは以前にはリリースされていない。DVDは1975年から2005年の間に撮影された9本のビデオに加えて、Animal Rescueの公共サービスでのアナウンスメントが収録されている。
