茎突舌骨筋
茎突舌骨筋（けいとつぜっこつきん、stylohyoid muscle）は、頸部の筋肉で、舌骨上筋の一つ。顎二腹筋の後腹に沿って舌骨につく筋肉である。舌骨をやや後方に挙上する作用を持つ。

茎突舌骨筋の起始は側頭骨の茎状突起から起こり、顎二腹筋後腹の外側を沿いながら顎二腹筋の中間腱前後の舌骨に停止する。
