小林広英

小林広英（こばやしひろひで）は、日本の地球科学者。専門は地球環境学。学位は、地球環境学博士（京都大学・論文博士）。

京都大学教授。特定非営利活動法人Fundament Design Organization(FuDO)理事長、大阪府立北野高校学校運営協議会委員、NPO法人ソーシャルデザインセンター淡路顧問、京都精華大学非常勤講師、八尾市景観アドバイザー委員、近江八幡市庁舎整備技術審査委員会委員長。

大阪市出身。1992年京都大学修士課程修了(川崎清研究室)，英国留学の後，1993年より設計事務所勤務。2002年の京都大学大学院地球環境学堂設立とともに京都大学で実践的研究活動を開始。小林正美教授に師事。地域に根ざす設計技術・環境デザイン，地域文化・風土と人間居住の相互作用のテーマに取り組み現在に至る。
