2019 TCRスカンジナビアツーリングカー選手権は、スカンジナビアツーリングカー選手権シーズンの9年目のシーズンであり、国際的に認められたTCR方式では4年目、新しいプロモーターを備えた最初のシーズンであった。シーズンは5月4日にリングクヌツ・トープで始まり、6ラウンドで争われた後、10月5日にマントープ・パークで閉幕した。

ロバート・ダールグレンがチャンピオンを獲得した。

オフシーズン中、スウェーデンのモータースポーツの国家統治機関であるSvenskaBilsportförbundet（SBF）は、2019年2月6日に、スカンジナビアツーリングカー選手権の推進を担当したSTCCABが破産を宣言したことを知らされました。 [1] TCRスカンジナビアシリーズABは、サーキットとSBFと協力して、シリーズのプロモーターを引き継ぎました。 [2]

2018年10月31日、イベントを6イベントから7イベントに増やす暫定カレンダーが発表されました。デビューするSkellefteåドライブセンターで確認された「真夜中の太陽」レースで5つのイベントが確認されました。 [21] [22]アンデルストープレースウェイは、2018年11月8日のチャンピオンシップの第2ラウンドとして確認されました。 [23]デンマークのJyllands-Ringenは、2018年11月26日の第6ラウンドとしてカレンダーに追加されました。 [24]シリーズは、同じ会場で2012年シーズン中に最後にデンマークを訪れました。カレンダーの変更に伴い、ノルウェーのルドスコーゲンサーキットはカレンダーから削除されました。
